There is no block of Las Vegas Club Hotel rooms set aside for CommVEx attendees this year. Please book your hotel through the Las Vegas Club Hotel or through a discount hotel website, like Hotels.com (see below).

Hotel occupancy tax is 13%. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.. There will be a $50 refundable deposit required should you wish to bill phone calls, food, etc., to your rooms. This deposit will be used toward any unpaid incidental charges.

Parking is free to those who have a room in the hotel. Just show a copy of your room reservation (or even say that you are booked into the hotel and haven't checked in yet). If you are not a guest of the Las Vegas Club Hotel and still want to park there, it is $5 per day.

It is possible to get a better room rate than that from the Las Vegas Club Hotel. Go to http://www.hotels.com and look for hotels in Las Vegas, specifically “Fremont Street - Downtown Las Vegas”. Under “Vegas Club Hotel”, you may see a different (better) rate.

Nearby, alternate, relatively inexpensive hotels are the Main St. Station Hotel, Casino & Brewery; the California Hotel & Casino, the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, the Fremont Hotel & Casino, the Four Queens Hotel & Casino, and a bit farther away, the El Cortez Hotel & Casino.
