Happy New Year, C= and Ami comrades!
The next meeting of the Southern California Commodore & Amiga Network is Saturday, Jan. 14, from 2 to 5+ p.m. at

    Panera Bread Restaurant
    19662 Nordhoff Street
    Northridge, California
    (818) 407-9400

For discussion, I'll talk about the April 1 Los Angeles Maker Faire and the April 15-16 Commodore Los Angeles Super Show.  Especially the latter show as I will be asking everyone what they intend to exhibit.  :)  Not only that but I'll be dishing the gossip on the June Pacific Commodore Expo NW in Seattle. (And if I haven't told about my September trip to AmigaKit, I can tell the juicy details!)
In hardware TheC64 Maxi returns with Ami64's TheC64 Enhancer USB stick that has hundreds of C64 and some VIC-20 games and Retro8BitShop's Top 100 USB stick for TheC64.  Also the Ultimate 64 returns with holiday (Halloween through Christmas) games running off its USB stick.  The Amiga 600 returns, this time with a 16 gig CompactFlash card formatted with OS 3.2 and running the Arcade  Game Selector front-end over WHDLoad 18.8.
I'm bringing back items repaired C= repair person, Ray Carlsen, and will be showing off his new C64 and Amiga external power supplies that have analog (think: VU meters) voltmeters/ammeters and 1541 drives modded to have modern, cool-running, internal power supplies!
As always, feel free to bring any other Commodore and Amiga hardware/software that you wish to show off!

         Truly,
         Robert Bernardo

P.S. From the late Matt Brewster, we may have some of his computer hardware on display.

Yeah, it doesn't look like I will be making it this time around. Simply too wet out there.

I was hoping the rain would taper off in the afternoon but the opposite is happening.

Sorry to miss out!
