I have seen RobertBe's messages about the mostly commodore related events of the summer.  I just wondering if anything else is going on in the 8 bit world? or should I say anything positive instead of just more of the same negative stuff?

Heh, I haven't posted all the C= news here (I must be slacking off!)

Plenty.  I regularly cruise through the forums and mailing lists for C= news, and I try to keep up with what's happening with the West Coast C= clubs.  One place that I should concentrate on is  http://www.c64.sk   That site definitely has a European bent on C= news.

Your choice.  I prefer to be optimistic than pessimistic... you know... the glass is half full rather than half empty.

I should note that we are the 8 bit world, which includes yourself, Rorshach.  It is whatever you wish it to be.  Personally, my summers are full of other stuff; my 8 bit endeavors tend to be a way for me to while away the long winter months.  When summertime comes, I strap on a modern MP3 player to my arm, hop on the bike, and hit the trails in an attempt to burn off the winter fat!   :)

Oooo, very interesting.  My summers are full of travel (sometimes too much travel).  :)
