Couple of almost lost programs

Greetings Programs,

I Found a couple of utilities on some disks I got a hamfest a few years ago. One is Mikes dir tider written by a high school student years ago and the other is super scratch-pq which was written by a quebec user group in 1984. I have attached both here as prg files so they can be transferred to a 64 and use.
