Happy summer, C= and Ami aficionados!
The Fresno Commodore User Group has its next meeting from 11 a.m. to 1+ p.m., Sunday, June 23, at --
Bobby Salazar's Mexican Restaurant
2839 North Blackstone Ave. (corner of Blackstone and Michigan)
Fresno, California
Note the date for this month's meeting; we had to change the meeting from our usual third Sunday of the month due to Father's Day happening on the same day.
For June we will examine two new SD2IEC card drives from England and a couple of rebuilt, upgraded C64 power supplies from Duncan, repair tech for The Other Group of Amigoids. Then we'll try out the new
Multicart 64 from 8-Bit Designs and a C64 DTV modded with serial port and keyboard connectors. Plus there will be a short video from Maker Faire 2013, a glimpse at Tim Harris' website at
http://blog.sharewareplus.co.uk/view/magazine , a report of my trip to the Pacific Northwest to visit Portland C= members and repair tech Ray Carlsen, and news of the July 27-28 Commodore Vegas Expo. If we have time, we'll play around with FreshLamb's VIC-20 games.
A full plate,
Robert Bernardo
