I will be there as well.  Possibly a little later than 2:00PM.

Also

1- I saw on the Amiga.org that someone is trying to set up a meet in the OC. I am not a member there, but does anyone know anything more.

2- Is it possible to change the password in this forum.  I am having some difficulties remembering "januar......" etc.

3- Anyone going to Amiwest.?

I don't know anything more than what was announced.

Send me your new password in a private message, and I could see what I could do.

I went and so did Thomas M. from SCCAN.

Oh-oh, a third SC3 Arcade Party (they never have three in one year) has been scheduled for November 12 in Claremont.  Hmm, I'm wondering whether I should have the SCCAN meeting earlier on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or whether I should move it to Sunday, Nov. 13.

O.K., due to the SC3 Arcade Party on Saturday, I am moving the SCCAN meeting to Sunday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m..

I'm really bummed I couldn't make it to the November meeting. How did it go?

I wanted to mention I saw on the Amiga FB group that they found a supplier to produce the edge connectors for the a1200, looks like theyre going to be putting out a vampire for the as1200 as well!

It went well.  Bogdan, Richard, Mario, Charles, and I were there.  Richard showed off a European C64 power supply that he had laboriously converted to North American power.  I showed off the AmigaOne G4, Mario played around with its desktop, and Richard helped put a PCI USB card in it.  Bogdan worked on the A4000 Power Tower to make it display its best screenmode.  We had a C128 user join our club, Ron who has been into C= for years.  He was in Panera with another friend and happened to see what we were doing in the corner.

Oh, I did not know about the former, but Bogdan did mention the latter.

I'm just waiting for the 500/2000 version,

Yeah, there is a fall-off in attendance if the meeting is on Sunday.  I try to avoid Sundays and much prefer Saturday meetings.
