Today when I met with Larry Anderson, webmaster of Portcommodore.com, he fixed up the front page of the SCCAN website in order to give it a more cohesive look. Check it out at http://www.portcommodore.com/sccan

And hinted how I can improve the Members' page,

The SCCAN website and the other Portcommodore.com sites (CommVEx, PaCommEx, CLASS) are back up, parsing correctly. Seems that Bluehost updated their server(s).
