Title: Feeding the Amiga habit
Post by: RobertB on March 17, 2009, 09:47:36 PM
At last Sunday's FCUG meeting, I gave Amiga newbie Andrew Wiskow four heavy disk boxes of software for the A500 he received a few months ago.  He's still unsure of what to do with OS 1.3, let alone upgrade to OS 2.0 or 3.1.  However, I assured him that he will eventually learn.  :)  He also wants to find out more about Amiga BBS software.

Hey RobertBe,

It would be good if these disks were made available online in a format usable on a real amiga, not for emulators only.

Well, .adf's are convertible to classic Amigas.  However, with the hundreds of disks that Andrew has now, I don't think he will have the time to convert them for on-line downloading.  After all, he is an Amiga newbie.  :)
