Title: Commodore in the American military
Post by: RobertB on January 02, 2011, 11:18:59 PM
I was surprised when SCCAN member, Jason G., told me that C64s were used in the American military, specifically the U.S. Marine Corps!  He had a relative who worked in Data Entry & Computer Security at MCLB Albany, Georgia.  C64s were used in the offices there, and this was in 1987.  He also said that C64s were used in the recruitment offices.  Finally, C64s were used in the offices at boot camp, and this was before Operation Desert Storm in 1991.

         Happy New Year!
