With the Oct. 21-23 Amiwest Show getting near, I'm already making plans. As usual, I'll be videotaping, and it'll be as many of the talks as I can get to. (I wonder if I'll have enough hard drive space in which to store the videos for editing.) Also, I'll be looking for A2000 boards to upgrade the various A2000's I have. I'm hoping to buy some ROM switcher boards from AmigaKit; I just like being able to switch between OS 1.3 and OS 3.1 with a keypress. On some table, I'll set up a MCC-216 set-up so that the attendees can try out this item from ArcadeRetroGaming.com

Because TOGA member Duncan M., my Amiga repairperson, probably won't make it to Amiwest, he's given me the task to find at least 3 SCSI controller boards for the above A2000's.

Well, I only bought 3 SCSI controller boards, an A2000 keyboard labeled "Video Toaster", and a CD32 controller from the SACC table

Saturday I had the MCC-216 set up on a side counter, but then after some confusion, for Sunday I moved it to Bill Bosari's table. There was no room to set up a CD32 for people to play.

Done! I bought three SCSI controller boards for $15 to $20 each. Now all they need is some RAM... perhaps some upgrade ROMs.
