I just whipped up a new logo for retro-link.com, and would appreciate feedback.

Hmm, I was kind of hoping that people would gravitate one way or the other.

I have used a gif file with transparency now for the forum logo; does that make you like the logo better?

Seems the same to me.  Are you trying to make it look like the logo to the movie, Back to the Future?  Maybe you need Marty McFly in the background with a Commodore (hey, no DeLorean!).  :)

That's it exactly, Robert.  I'm after the "Back to the Future" look with the logo, without actually ripping off the "Back to the future" movie title.  I agree there's more that can be done, but how do you feel about the concept?  Are the colours good, or should I go with a more "Silvery" look like the movie title?

I say that the colors should match that of the movie logo.  And if you can add Marty McFly looking at his watch and in the background a C64 trailing flames, that would be great!  :)
