Kent Rittenhouse has produced a VIC-20 Multicart/Development Cart with 32 games, games like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Dig Dug, etc..  The price is $28 for the complete cart (not including shipping).  This is what Kent says about it --

"I have recently dug my VIC-20 out of storage and have been reliving old memories playing through my games. I also decided to build a low cost MultiCart/Development Cart for the VIC-20. You can load the eprom with multiple games. There is also a prototyping area, and access to each of the 44 edge pins (by testpoints), for those who want to do their own experimenting."

"I have made a batch of these for myself & some friends, but I have plenty left over. I don't know if this would be interesting/useful for anyone here, but I have some further information on this page:

Hello Robert,

Do you know if it has in circuit programmability?  and is any programming info included?  Would be useful to VIC-20 owners.  But I am no longer a VIC owner.  I got rid of mine 2 years ago after not having used it since 1992 to play choplifter which I also have on C64.  I did get one frome Active Surplus in 1988 with sum manuals, games, super expander and tape deck with the intention of doing some programming on it but the broken tape drive caused me to put it aside for years.

The former I don't know.  The latter is no, at this moment; when I ordered, Kent sent me a .pdf of the schematics, a text file of the dip switch settings, and a pic of the board, but no programming info.  When I receive the cart, I'll let you know if anything else is included with it.  Back to the former question, you'd have to send an e-mail to Kent to find out.

Kent Rittenhouse has now released game set 2 of the VIC-20 Multicart/Development Cart.  The 32 games include such games as Artillery Duel, Cannonball Blitz, Lunar Leeper, Mountain King, Pharaoh's Curse, Satellites and Meteorites, and more.
The cart price is still the same.  For more information and to see the complete list of games in game set 2, go to

Game set 1 is still available, too.
